3 months of high level online coaching mentorship (also known as remote coaching) for women over 50 who know they need to (re) start strength training and dial back into their health with a female coach who not only understands this time of life, but will work directly with them to design individualized strength workouts that they can do independently at home or at the gym.

Personal programming (remote coaching) is when I write out your workouts based on what you want to accomplish with the equipment you have available at home. It takes the thought and friction out of getting your strength training in. We touch base regularly so that I can check on your form, make any adjustments due to your vacation schedule and make sure you continue to progress your weights and strength.

Coach Tina's Small Group Strength Training Class

Downtown Jersey City Small Group Strength Training Class

I coach a Small Group Strength Training class in downtown Jersey City. We meet Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8am.

Each class is capped at 7 people purposely to allow for hands on coaching and learning.

The class members range from absolute beginners to intermediate level exercisers.

I created this class as several people (regulars) had met me elsewhere in a large class environment and craved a small group training class.

Personal training in your home or gym.

This is for you if:

  • You've been super busy and just can't get yourself to wake up early, get to the gym or take a class.

  • The face the face accountability is the only way you will show up.

  • You need a specialist to coach your workouts and what you need.

  • You demand someone who focuses on proper form.

  • You live in the Jersey City or New York City.

Straight Up Strong

Online Monthly Small Group Strength DIY Workouts

Straight Up Strong is an online strength training program and community delivered on a phone app. It is designed to support women who have strength trained before and have a basic foundation and understanding of exercise movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, carry) and are seeking a well designed program to provide structure for their strength workouts to get the strength and muscle building results they are seeking.

The workouts are organized into 12 week cycles (called macro cycles) with an overarching theme/goal /outcome such as strength endurance, hypertrophy, power, etc that is then broken into two, six week cycles of progressive training within the larger 12 week cycle.
